Why no free tier?: Paid products attract customers who value reliability. We invest in uptime, compliance, and support—not vanity metrics.
How is billing handled?: Meterlane software plans are billed through the dashboard. Meterlane does not process card payments for your customers or custody customer funds.
What chains are supported?: Base mainnet USDC for production. Base Sepolia in sandbox. Solana is on the roadmap.
Corridor settlement reliability?: Settlement runs through Circle Payments Network (CPN) — Circle's regulated payout rails, not Meterlane. If a payout fails to settle because of a platform-side issue on our end, we credit the platform fee for that transaction. We can't guarantee banking or blockchain settlement times, which are outside our control.
Is annual billing available?: Yes, for Gateway Growth, Scale, Corridor Business, and Premium plans. Annual prepay saves 8–15% depending on tier. Toggle to Annual above and click any plan to subscribe at the annual rate. Starter remains monthly-only.
Can I bring my own facilitator?: Yes — Scale plan and above can point routes to any x402-compatible facilitator URL, including Dexter (default), x402.org, or a self-hosted instance.
